The Brotherhood is a six-day course in the Finnish wilderness in the Oulanka National Park, on the border of Russia. The framework is simple but rigorous: cold exposure in a controlled environment, breathing practices, basic winter skills and daily shared tasks.
The tour is built by Northern Star in alliance with breath and cold exposure expert Oskar Alyhr, who will guide the whole trip.
