You can book a tour directly through our website, by calling our customer service, or by emailing us at [email address]. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

We accept bank transfers. Credit card payments will be implementet soon. Please contact us if you need alternative payment options.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, within a short timeframe we will offer flexible payment plans, through a trusted credit partner such as Klarna or AfterPay.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations made 60 days or more before the tour start date will receive a full refund minus a small administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the start date will incur a partial refund. Please refer to our full cancellation policy for details.

 The Schengen Area or the EEA/EU.

How do I get from the airport to the starting point of the tour?

We always meet our guests in the airport, to make the trip as convenient as possible, and offer maximum service. Our guest travel privately in one of Northern Star´s busses.

What is the best time of year to visit Finland for a sauna tour?

Finland offers unique sauna experiences year-round. Winter offers the chance for ice swimming and Northern Lights, while summer is great for lake-side saunas and the midnight sun. It depends on what experience you’re looking for!
