At Northern Star, we aim to make the booking process as smooth and transparent as possible. Once you select your desired tour, you’ll receive a detailed itinerary and booking confirmation. A deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due prior to your tour’s start date.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change. For cancellations made 30 days or more before your scheduled tour, a full refund is provided, minus any processing fees. Cancellations made within 15-29 days of the tour will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 14 days of the tour will not be refunded. However, we offer the option to reschedule your tour for a future date based on availability.
